3 weeks-3 coaches loses their job
Three coaches of the various local football teams in Nigeria have lost their jobs due to his team's poor performance.According to reliable sources, the coaches and that Erasmus Onuh Babes Bukola, Ilorin, Kennedy Okogba Ocean Boys of Brass, Ladan Bosso of Niger Tornadoes, Minna were dismissed from their other employees who have described as incompetent.
Mixed reactions have trailed the release of these coaches. While some people support the idea, arguing that the poor results recorded by the team led by these extraordinary coaches justified their lot, others believe that coaches should not always be blamed for poor performance their teams' because in some cases, are not the best players and coaches must work with what they have.
"I do not know why we are always in a hurry sack coaches in Nigeria. In most leagues civilians, even when a team finish at the bottom of the table at the end of a season, the coach is still given the opportunity to make necessary corrections to another season.
This is because if a new coach is brought, he is not able to pinpoint the weaknesses of the team and could end up making the same mistakes, "said Raymond, an analyst at sport.
With three coaches fired with four weeks of the Nigerian professional league, it seems that the league would have done in the history book of looting more than other coaches leagues. Before now, however, Godfrey Esu has the unenviable record of being sacked as coach in Nigerian league.
