AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY POST UTME REGISTRATION AND OTHER 2011/2012 DETAILS


Ambrose Alli University 2011/2012 UTME Message / Direct Entry Screening Details All candidates who have applied UTME 2011/2012 to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as Institution of First Choice, with a score of 180 and UTME above are invited to attend a screening exercise of the University on the day and locations listed below.

Ambrose Alli University Screening time: Exercise testing for the various faculties have scheduled the following dates at 9:00 am each day: -Thursday, 1st September 2011: Faculty of Management Sciences, Social Sciences and Law. -Friday, 2nd September 2011: College of Medicine, Faculty of Natural Sciences, environmental studies, engineering and agricultural technology, education and the arts. Candidates are required to report on the testing sites at 7.30 prompt. Subject to screen: Candidates will be selected on topics related to their first choice course of study in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
Application method: Candidates are required to purchase a PIN eTranzact (Good Payment) to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma UTME P-application form online at a fee of two thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only one of underlisted banks.

Online application procedure On the purchase of eTranzact PIN (Good Payment), all applicants are to visit the Ambrose Alli University College www.myaau.com portal to complete and submit the message UTME online application. All applicants must upload their photo ID and color scanned copies of all certificates / documents on the portal.
Applicants must confirm that the overview and photo ID is correctly downloaded as no complaint of poor image or blank will be entertained after the submission of forms. Applicants must print a copy of the application form with their photo ID to present to other documents on the testing dates listed above.
All candidates are coming to the place of the screening exercise with the following:
1. UTME e-registration slip and slide result UTME 2. Two passport size color photos. 3. HB pencil, eraser and pen. 4. An impression of the completed post-UTME online form. 5. A copy of the O-level result '(s), if available.
Direct entry: All applicants for direct entry who asked JAMB admission and chose Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as Institution of First Choice are also required to complete the online application for their screening exercise. All applicants must download digital copies of all certificates / documents on the portal. Exercise testing manual for direct entry (DE) is scheduled for candidates instead of Tuesday, September 13, to Friday, 16th September 2011 from 9:00 every day.
All applicants for direct entry must also obtain the PIN eTranzact (Good Payment) to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma at a price of two thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only one of the designated banks and follow the application process online as described above.
NOTE: All applicants (both input and UTME Direct) should be noted that; Technology fee and the bank, including the University can not control, will be charged at time of purchase PIN eTranzact (Purchase Payment). There would be no admission in the department of medicine and surgery for the 2011/2012 session. Given (2) above, candidates who had applied for medicine and surgery must indicate their preferred choice of courses on alternative forms post-UTME online application. All names must be written in full when completing the application form online without the original must be entertained. Duration of Application forms for entry and UTME Direct (DE) will be available online for completion and submission from Monday, August 8, 2011 to Friday 26 2011.
TIPS: The candidates should check the portal of the University for more detail from time to time.
Ambrose Alli University Post UTME Warning! Any candidate who fails to appear at the screening exercise automatically loses his / her eligibility for the examination for admission in the course of the current session. Anyone caught will be given to imitating the police and the candidate so borrowed will be automatically "disqualified". All communication gadgets / handsets are strictly prohibited as supervisors are responsible for confiscating one of these lost objects and penalize candidate (s).
